Monthly Retainers

For small businesses and nonprofits that need consistent, reliable support, a monthly retainer gives you a dedicated block of time each month at an affordable rate.

All retainers include:

  • Direct access to ME — no account managers, no strangers
  • Work across any combination of services (operations, bookkeeping, marketing, admin, creative)
  • Monthly check-in call to align on priorities
  • Proactive communication — you won’t have to chase for updates
  • No long-term contract — cancel anytime with 30 days’ notice

Starter

Starting at

$650 / month

10–20 hours / month

For businesses that need steady, focused support.

The Starter retainer is designed for small businesses and nonprofits that have a clear, contained set of tasks each month — consistent admin support, regular social media scheduling, monthly bookkeeping, or a recurring operational project. It’s the most popular starting point for new clients.

Growth

Starting at

$1,300 / month

20–30 hours / month

For businesses managing more complexity and ready to delegate more.

The Growth retainer suits businesses and nonprofits with multiple ongoing needs — a combination of project management, bookkeeping, digital marketing, and admin support running in parallel. If you’re wearing too many hats and ready to genuinely hand things off, this is where most clients land after their first few months.

Premium

Starting at

$1,950 / month

30–40 hours / month

For businesses that need a true operational partner.

The Premium retainer is built for businesses and nonprofits that need deep, consistent operational support across multiple functions. At this level, I’ll function as a genuine extension of your team — managing projects, keeping financials current, maintaining your online presence, and handling the administrative layer that keeps everything moving.

No onboarding fees. No lengthy contracts. Just a conversation, a recommendation, and a start date.

Frequently Asked Questions

Additional hours are available at your package’s hourly rate. If you consistently need more than your tier covers, we’ll talk about moving up.

Absolutely. That’s one of the biggest advantages of working with a generalist who has deep expertise across multiple areas. One month might be 60% bookkeeping and 40% social media. The next might shift entirely to a project management focus. Your hours go where your business needs them.

Hours do not roll over month to month. Retainer packages are structured to maintain a consistent workflow and prioritization — not to accumulate a backlog. If you consistently don’t use your hours, that’s a signal we should talk about adjusting your package.

Retainers require a 2-month minimum commitment to get started — after that, they continue month to month with no long-term contract required. You can cancel anytime with 30 days’ written notice. The Intro Package is a one-time flat-rate project with no ongoing commitment.

Yes — nonprofits make up a meaningful portion of my client base. The same packages and pricing apply, and I bring specific experience with grant administration support, donor communications, board meeting prep, and 501(c)(3) operational needs.
